Making a deposit in dalasi
Open the cashier from the button next to the balance. Only the methods available for The Gambia and for a GMD account are shown. Pick one, enter the amount and confirm on the provider's side. Mobile money and card deposits are usually credited within minutes.
The minimum is about €1 in dalasi equivalent for many methods. If you chose a welcome bonus, make sure the profile is complete before the first payment.
Requesting a withdrawal
- Open the cashier and switch to the withdrawal tab.
- Choose the method you used to deposit.
- Enter the amount and your wallet or account details.
- Confirm, with a code if two-factor authentication is on.
- Follow the status in the transaction history.
The minimum starts at about €1.50 in dalasi equivalent and is higher for bank transfers. The bookmaker normally charges no fee of its own, though your wallet or bank might.

Why a payout is delayed
Nearly always one of these:
- the account is not verified yet;
- a bonus is still being wagered;
- the deposit was not played through at least once;

- the request fell on a weekend or public holiday.
