How to log in

Tap the login button, enter your account ID, email or phone number together with the password and confirm. If two-factor authentication is on, add the code from the authenticator app.

1. Open the app or the website and tap Log in.
2. Enter the identifier you registered with. A phone number goes in with the +220 code.
3. Type the password, checking caps lock and keyboard layout.
4. Confirm, and enter the 2FA code if asked.
5. Accept quick login in the app if the phone is yours alone.

Password recovery

Use the recovery link in the login window and choose email or phone. A link or code arrives within a few minutes, and you set a new password. If you have lost access to both contacts, support restores the account after an identity check with a photo of your document.

Stop after two or three failed attempts. More tries trigger a temporary lock that only delays things.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication adds a short code from your phone to every login, so a stolen password is not enough. Enable it in the security section of the account: scan the QR code with an authenticator app, save the backup key offline and confirm with the first code.

The backup key is the only quick way back in if the phone is lost or replaced.

Common login problems

Most failed logins have a simple cause:

• "wrong login or password": retype carefully or reset the password;
• account temporarily locked: wait for the period shown, then reset;
• 2FA code rejected: set the phone clock to automatic and use a fresh code;
• site does not open: try the app or another connection, and check later;
• account blocked: contact support and ask what is required.
